This globally defines the probability of generating infantry with [General]→Crew/AlliedCrew/SovietCrew/ThirdCrew= when vehicles with Crewed=yes are destroyed.
Notes
A vehicle with Explodes=yes does not generate crew.
The probability of generating infantry with [General]→Technician= and [General]→Engineer= is not determined by this. The former is 15% for vehicle and buildings with primary, and the latter is 25% for buildings with Factory=BuildingType, and 0 in other cases.
