Specifies the percentage of the Damage= from the weapon that this warhead will inflict on InfantryTypes that are 'prone' (lying on the ground). This defaults to 100%, although values below 100% presume that the warhead has exploded above ground level thus does not inflict the total damage on the target as it lying down below the point if 'impact'. The total Damage= applied is modified from the Damage= applied after the Verses= statistic has been applied.

This flag defines a multiplier to damage all infantry units receive from this warhead while prone. It is a direct multiplier to Damage applied before the Verses has been calculated.

This is a global setting (in [General]) in Red Alert, and a warhead property in Tiberian Sun to Yuri's Revenge.

Curiously, this flag is also used when calculating damage against jumpjet infantry with Fearless=yes while the infantry is in the air.
